Winning Lemon Bars Recipe
This formula for lemon bars incorporates crisp lemon squeeze and pizzazz, eggs, spread, and different fixings. It's a simple formula, ideal for an end of the week treat!

Ingredients
2 sticks (8 ounces) margarine, relaxed
2 glasses (9 ounces) universally handy flour
1/2 glass sugar (confectioners')
For the Filling:
4 beaten eggs
2 containers sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1/4 container lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon strip (finely ground)
Method
1-Gather the fixings.
2-Heat stove to 325 F. Mix together the margarine, 2 mugs flour and 1/2 container confectioners' sugar.
3-Pat flour and spread blend into ungreased 13x9x2-inch heating container. Prepare for 18 to 20 minutes. Evacuate to a rack while you make the filling.
4-For filling, mix together eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, and lemon strip. Pour over first layer.
5-Return to broiler and heat at 325 F for 20 minutes. Release around edges, cut into bars and filter confectioners' sugar over the top while the bars are still warm.
