Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound crisp asparagus, closes cut and split
8 ounces crisp cut child bella mushrooms
1 red ringer pepper, cut into slender strips
1 green pepper, cut into slight strips
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 boneless skinless chicken bosoms, cubed
Nectar Garlic Sauce
1/4 glass low-sodium chicken stock
1/4 glass soy sauce
1/4 glass nectar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Method
1-In a substantial skillet, heat olive oil over medium warmth. Include asparagus, mushrooms, red ringer pepper, and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Saute until delicate, around 10-12 minutes.
2-Add minced garlic to skillet to and cook for 30 seconds. Expel veggies to a different plate and put aside.
