Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Delightful and basic cauliflower serving of mixed greens with a smooth crunch!
Loaded up with veggies, onions, bacon, sunflower seeds and cheddar, this plate of mixed greens is certain to be a hit at any BBQ or get together.

Ingredients
12 cuts bacon cooked and disintegrated
1 head crisp broccoli diced
1 head cauliflower cleaved
1/2 red onion diced
3/4 glass sunflower seeds
1 glass cubed cheddar
3/4 glass light mayo
2 TB sugar
2 TB red wine vinegar or serving of mixed greens vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Method
1-In a vast bowl, join the disintegrated bacon, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, cheddar and sunflower seeds.
2-In a little bowl, whisk together the mayo, sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour over serving of mixed greens and hurl to coat. Refrigerate before serving.
