Ingredients
1 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil
1 little sweet onion diced
4 ounces mushrooms cut
2 cloves minced garlic
10 ounces slashed solidified spinach defrosted and depleted
6 ounces disintegrated feta cheddar
8 ounces destroyed cheddar
5 expansive eggs
1/2 glass milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dark pepper
Method
1-Preheat broiler to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and softly oil a 9 inch dish pie plate.
2-Heat olive oil in a vast skillet over medium high warmth. Include onion and mushroom and saute until mollified, around 5 to 7 minutes. Include garlic and cook 1 minute more. Mix in spinach, feta, and cheddar. Spoon blend into the readied pie plate.
3-In a blending bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg blend over the spinach blend in the readied pie plate.
4-Bake in the preheated stove for 40 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting and serving
