Hot Buffalo Chicken and Quinoa Wrap

Wild ox wings resemble… one of my unequaled most loved things to eat. Particularly when they're overly zesty!
Prep time 5 mins _ Cook time 15 mins _ Total time 20 mins
Anyway, similar to I referenced when I made Buffalo Fries some time ago, I discover wings excessively inconvenience to make. Oil, singing, drying out the wings… a lot of work! This straightforward wrap is on the sound side (see that green stuff in there?!) thus simple to make. The hardest part is cooking the chicken… which is strangely simple. So we should give it a go!
Fixings

2 Whole wheat tortillas

1 Chicken bosom, flame broiled and cut into strips

1/2-3/4 Cups cooked quinoa (contingent upon the amount you need in your wrap!)

1/4 Red onion, daintily cut

2 Handfuls of spinach

2 Tablespoons of your most loved bison hot sauce, in addition to some additional for enhancement

Blue cheddar dressing

Disintegrated blue cheddar for embellishment

Guidelines

Hurl quinoa and chicken fingers in 2 tablespoon of hot sauce until completely covered. Use to such an extent/less hot sauce as you'd like here. Some like it lighter and others like it spicier so it's dependent upon you!

Warm the entire wheat tortillas up in a skillet or in the microwave. At that point put a bunch of spinach down the center of every tortilla.

Separation the chicken/quinoa blend in two and spread over every spinach layer. At that point include the red onions.

At the point when prepared to eat, shower some blue cheddar dressing and additional hot sauce over the chicken/quinoa/onion blend.

Finish off with disintegrated blue cheddar, and after that move it up!

Take off, take off, you're finished! Chow down.
