There are several ways to cook the liver and in this article we will show the steps how to make the liver fried with onions

the ingredients
1kg liver (lamb) section
Head of sliced onions
2green peppers, cut into slices
10cloves garlic, chopped or mashed
Half a cup of big vegetable oil
2teaspoons crushed cumin
Few leaves of parsley to decorate
Half cup lemon juice
Salt, to taste
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a thick saucepan, then add the pepper and stir until it withers
Add the onion and toss it until it wilts and add the garlic and stir slightly
Add the liver pieces and toss them slightly over a strong fire
Heat the fire and cover the pot and leave the ingredients to ripen
Add salt and cumin and turn slightly
