  1. Exercise will never become a habit. Years ago I was the one who said that exercise should be like brushing your teeth, but I was wrong. Because making yourself to exercise actually requires a lot more effort then brushing your teeth and other habits that we do automatically.
    What can become habitual is the way you think about regular exercise.
