6large eggs
2 c.whole drain
1 c.heavy cream
1/2 c.packed dark colored sugar
1 tsp.ground cinnamon
1 tsp.pure vanilla concentrate
1/2 tsp.kosher salt
1loaf white bread, ideally day-old
1/4 c.sliced almonds
Powdered sugar, for serving
New berries, for serving (discretionary)

Headings
In an expansive bowl, whisk together eggs, drain, substantial cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
