Adam Richman's Spaghetti Pie
Adam Richman shares a fun method to present spaghetti: Just transform it into pie!

Fixings
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked, ½ container cooking water held
1 little yellow onion, cleaved finely
1 pound ground turkey or sirloin meat
1 container tomato glue, isolated
3 extensive eggs
1 container ground parmesan cheddar
1 ½ container destroyed mozzarella
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Readiness
Preheat stove to 350 degrees.
In an extensive skillet, sauté the onions until delicate. Include ground turkey or hamburger, and ¾ measure of the tomato glue.
Include a large portion of the saved pasta water and mix well. Season with salt, to taste. Consistency ought to resemble a thick Bolognese sauce. Include all the more cooking water as required.
In a substantial bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, eggs, parmesan cheddar, 1 measure of the mozzarella, and ¼ measure of the tomato glue.
Oil a 9 or 10-inch pie container with olive oil. Spread a large portion of the meat blend over the base of the skillet. Include the spaghetti blend and press it down to level it. Top with the rest of the meat blend, at that point disperse the rest of the mozzarella to finish everything.
Prepare the pie in the broiler for 30 to 35 minutes. Expel from the broiler and let sit around 10 minutes. Utilize a sharp blade or pizza slicer to cut into wedges like a pie. Present with a green plate of mixed greens
