Easy Taco Casserole Recipe
This Easy Taco Casserole formula is made with 3 layers of corn tortillas, ground hamburger, corn, dark beans, the best taco flavoring and loads of liquefied cheddar!
Simple Taco Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, slashed
2 teaspoons minced garlic (around 4 cloves)
1 poblano pepper, diced
1 pound lean ground hamburger
3 tablespoons natively constructed taco flavoring (or locally acquired)
1 15-ounce can dark beans, depleted and flushed
1 15-ounce can entire part yellow corn, depleted and flushed
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons lime juice (about the juice of 1 lime)
12 corn tortillas
4 containers destroyed Monterey Jack cheddar
hacked cilantro, cilantro and acrid cream, for garnish
Steps to Make It
1-Preheat stove to 375°F. Oil a 3-quart 13x9-inch heating dish with cooking shower and cut 9 of the corn tortillas down the middle. Put aside.
2-In an extensive nonstick skillet over medium-high warmth, include oil, onions and poblanos. Cook until delicate, around 5 minutes. Include garlic and cook until fragrant, around 30 seconds.
