1 cut bread
1 tsp spread
1 lg egg
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1-In a little skillet, dissolve 1 tsp margarine. Amidst your bread, cut a 3-in opening and spot in the skillet.
2-Crack egg and pour in the gap. Cook over medium warmth for around 2 minutes or until the bread is delicately carmelized. Turn and cook the opposite side until egg yolk is nearly set. Season as wanted with salt and pepper. Appreciate warm.
