1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons unsalted spread
2 1/4 pounds Yellow Finn potatoes or other waxy-style potato
2 containers cream
1 tablespoon legitimate salt

Preparation
Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F. Rub the garlic around within a 8 by 8 by 2-inch meal dish and let it dry. Save the rest of the garlic. Rub the margarine around within the dish. Hold the rest of the margarine
Strip and meagerly cut the potatoes on a mandoline or vegetable slicer (around 1/8-inch-thick cuts)
In a medium pan, join the garlic, spread, potatoes, creamer, salt, pepper to taste, and nutmeg.
